- Best for Agents closing less than 15 Transactions per year
- $400 per Transaction/Yearly Cap of $5900
- Best for Agents closing more than 15 Transactions per year
- $4900 flat rate for 12 months

- 70/30 Split for 8 Transactions, then you pay only $400 per transaction

- Best for New Agents wanting Career Development

Do you know other agents? You can invite them to our office and our Broker will interview them and when they join you will be entitled to a bonus when the agent that you refer closes a transaction and the Office collects $400 then you get a $100 Bonus. It's that easy!
